Mr. Landle is the Chief Investment Officer of LHA, and Portfolio Manager of the LHA Market State Tactical U.S. Equity ETF (Symbol: MSUS). Jeff has been an investment professional involved with hedge funds and private equity for nearly 25 years. Jeff was the head of hedge fund investing at the Common Fund, a senior investment professional at Blackstone Management Group and Chief Investment Officer of HVB Alternative Advisers Inc., in New York, where he also served as Chairman of the firm's Investment Management Committee.
Mr. Landle was an early adopter and innovator of seeding and direct investing in Hedge Funds and is a frequent speaker and commentator on the industry. He has his MBA from NYU and is a Chartered Financial Analyst
Moses Grader leads LHA's platform operations and portfolio assessment; he is also a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Grader was a Managing Principal of the General Partner to several private equity and hedge fund partnerships and led the operational and analytics teams responsible for investment analysis, manager selection, and oversight. Prior to that, Mr. Grader was a Principal at Radius Capital Partners, LLC, which is a private equity Merchant Banking firm that he helped launch. Prior to Radius, Mr. Grader was a Senior Associate at Comdisco Ventures and a venture capitalist at MassVentures where he led equity investments.
In his early career, Mr. Grader was a Senior Consultant at Price Waterhouse. He also served for three years in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry officer, retiring with the rank of Captain. Mr. Grader has an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MA in International Economics from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
Rick Roche is a Managing Director at Little Harbor Advisors, LLC and a 37-year financial services industry veteran. Mr. Roche’s career achievements include: Financial Adviser at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and at Smith Barney, as well as National Sales Manager at Fortis and at New England Financial. He earned a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation in 2014 and holds Series 3, 7, 63 and 65 licenses.
Since 1991, Mr. Roche has consulted for 85 major financial companies and personally trained 72,500 financial sales professionals in customer loyalty marketing, capital market trends and investor behavior. He is a member of the Society of Quantitative Analysts and a compulsive counter—he is viewed as a “Light Quant/Analytical Translator” (i.e. an individual knowledgeable about AI and Big Data used in quantitative investment models). From 1977 to 1980, Mr. Roche served two terms in the Massachusetts Legislature representing Springfield, Massachusetts.
